Solutions-Based Coaching (definition)

How it Works:

  • Leader signs up for 2, 5, 9 or 14 hours of coaching depending on the learning objectives
  • Session 1: Determine objectives and expectations; agree to number of sessions
  • Conduct a mini-survey, finalize goals
  • Develop an action plan to accomplish goals
  • Coaching to help with the execution of plans
  • Evaluation of goals achieved/expectations met
  • Optional follow-up mini-survey
    • Pricing comparable to the cost of group training rates
    • Individualized, focused on the learner's goals.
    • Flexible scheduling allows learning to be fit into their schedule.
    • Coaches matched to the learner's needs and style.
