Silent Partner™ is a service offered through Leadership Solutions Consulting, LLC.

Silent Partner™ provides research and report writing for HR Professionals and Senior Executives when they are too busy to get it done themselves.

  • An HR executive who needed Succession Planning researched quickly. We pulled together the research and sample forms.

  • A Senior Executive who wanted a "mini" training design for an off-site meeting he was hosting for his staff. We designed the exercises, provided the content and he delivered it.
