Training for leaders and their groups to increase transformational leadership or virtual and remote leadership skills. We also train internal coaches and peer coaches. We provide training and certification in the use of the MLQ, ODQ and Team MLQ. We design training for others to deliver.

Assessment of leaders, teams, and organizations utilizing a selection of tools such as the Myers Briggs Type lndicator, CDR-3D Suite (Character, Drivers, Risk Factors), Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) or Organization Development Questionnaire (ODO). Assessment can be done in simulations as well as individually.

I am a Graduate of the Fielding Graduate Institute where I earned my PhD in Human and Organization Development. I have taken numerous certification courses in assessment tools and am master trained in some. I am on the faculty of the Gestalt International Study Center and the AMA. I have a Coaching certificate from Marshall Goldsmith Partners, and MLQ / International for use of MLQ products (MLQ, TMLQ and ODQ).
