The Process For 9 Sessions
Step 1: Contracting (Coachee, HR, Leader's Manager) (1 session)
Step 2: Assessment and Feedback (1 session)
Step 3: Development Plan and Trying New Things- (3-7 sessions)
Step 4: Action Plan for Continuing Learning (1 session)
For Five Sessions- reduce step 3
For Two Sessions Step One and Two
Pricing:
- 9 sessions at $1575 includes 360° assessment and nine one-on-one, private and confidential telephone coaching calls as well as e-mail support.
- 5 sessions at $1,000 includes all of the above with less coaching time. Good for a diagnostic where there is good internal support for on-going coaching.
- 2 sessions at $450 includes a bigger focus on diagnostic assessment and focus on a plan that is designed to support self-development, peer or manager coaching
