Anita S. Attridge is an Executive and Career Coach with 30 years of corporate and non-profit Human Resources experience.
Combining her human resources, organization development, leadership and training skills, Anita works with clients to help them develop and achieve their leadership and organizational goals. She has coached people at all levels of the organization to:
- Maximize their leadership potential in current or new positions.
- Analyze their organization and make appropriate changes to increase its effectiveness.
- Proactively respond to changing business needs and strategies.
- Plan and manage their careers.
Her career includes senior management positions in Human Resources and Organization Development with Xerox Corporation, The Nature Conversancy and Merck & Co. In addition, Anita was a Board member and coach with the first Career Center in Rochester, NY.
She is an adjunct faculty member at Fairleigh Dickinson University and has taught in the Organizational Behavior masters program. She has been a guest lecturer on leadership and organization development topics at Cornell University, University of Maryland, Butler University and Pace University.
She has made presentations on leadership and organizational development topics at the New Jersey, Philadelphia and National Human Resources Planning Society Groups.
